All orders will undergo validation from our Fraud department, to detect and stop any fraudulent orders from being placed from our website. This is an attempt to protect all of our customers and their personal information. After placing your order , you will receive an email provide a photo of your license/ID AND a photo of you. You will have up to 48 hours before it get cancel for not doing.
This is for fraud prevention purposes only, none of your information will be shared with anyone. If you decide you are uncomfortable with my policy, totally understandable! But you will not be serviced without it.
Please allow after the processing time for your order to be fulfilled.

Custom Wigs turnaround is 8-10 business days, do not include weekend or holidays
Ready to ship wigs the next day exclude weekend or holidays.
Wig repair is 5- 8 business days
If you are getting your wig from scratch it be 20 business days .
We use USPS or UPS shipping as our carrier . Signature is required .After your order has been processed and finish tracking numbers will be provided to you with email you provided .
THE FULFILLMENT PROCESS
1) You pay for your order.
2) You will receive an Order Confirmation Email
3) The Processing period begins.
Processing time is 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS .
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing period is extended for Wigs. Processing period is extended 1-5 Business days during a sales period. (More info below) 4) After the processing period is over, your wig will be created and fulfilled (10-14 business days). 5) You will receive an Order Fulfillment email. Your tracking number will be inside this email. 6) Your package is shipped off via USPS Mail (2-5 business days US) (6-10 business days International) PROCESSING TIME This is the time it takes to receive hair from our trusted vendors and enough time for Quality Control. It allows us to test out all hair to make sure they meet our quality standards. Anything we find wrong will immediately be fixed by contacting our vendor and having them send out new bundles if necessary to ensure that you receive the BEST product. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number via email. This will be the same email you used when you placed your order. Make sure you check you spam folder and wait after 5 business days have passed before contacting us.
SHIPPING TIME Shipping time occurs after the processing period has finished.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 4p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day AFTER the processing period. We will not be held responsible if you did not reach out to us to confirm if we are able to meet your expected date of delivery outside of the normal processing and shipping rules. Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number via the email address used on your billing profile. **Due to recent scams, unethical practices, and chargebacks, we as a company will only ship to the billing address**. If the shipping address differs from billing address the order will be cancelled...NO EXCEPTIONS!!
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Hair I Go Wigs, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Hair I GO Wigs does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
