You will have up to 48 hours before it gets cancel for not doing so . Only a one-time process This is for fraud prevention purposes only, none of your information will be shared with anyone. If you decide you are uncomfortable with my policy, totally understandable! But you will not be serviced without it.Also SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH OR IT WILL BE CANCLED .

Shipping times are usually located in the description of the wig . Each wig is different . Please note that the time it takes to make does not include the shipping time.

For Example

Wig construction time 5-7 business days

International delivery : 6-10 business days

Which means your wig could take 11 days business or more to receive .

Hairigowigs turnaround time 
Custom Wigs turnaround is 10-21 business days, do not include weekend or holidays

Ready to ship wigs the next day exclude weekend or holidays. 

Be present to do a delivery signature 

Wig repair/ wig Maintenace is up to 12 days business days (Only for returning customers)

****Be mindful of the estimated time frame. We are not responsible of the delayed of carrier shipping companies. If you have an event coming up, please plan accordingly.

*****Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued. What is the nature of this product? Wigs . Wigs cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. * If there something wrong or mistake with the wig that is our fault, you can return for an inspection and for a fix. There only one time revision. Once unit has been shipped, and received, if it has been restyled, lace cut, product added or ANY alterations have been done to the unit you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Please ship it within 6 days the most for an altercation or no altercation will be going forward.  Also, NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNITS NOT FITTING PROPERLY DUE TO THE SELECTING OF A INCORRECT CAP SIZE AT YOUR TIME OF ORDER!  

*****If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order. Cancellations are only accepted within 24-48 hours of original purchase date. Cancelation obligation after 48 hours is restocking fee is 20%. Return restock fee is 40% .

Hair I go wigs is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Hair I Go Wigs, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to PO Boxes. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier (either the United States Postal Service – depending on the shipping method selected) and address the issue directly with them. Hair I GO Wigs does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
